Select from one of over 120 pre-configured engine designs, including Caterpillar (CAT), Cummins, MTU, Mitsubishi, GE Jenbacher and Doosan. If your engine is not listed, simply enter the data requested by the Configurator.
After that, select the regulatory environment (such as Euro Stage IV/V or Tier 4F emissions) or the specific pollutants you must mitigate (e.g. nitrogen oxide emissions).
For each of these designs we will provide budget pricing information, performance specifications and dimensions of our emissions system.
Our Emissions Control Systems have industry leading small foot prints. Reducing the overall size makes installation and integration much easier. Safety Power is able to create a smaller foot print by integrating any combination of NOx, CO, VOC's, PM and Silencing reduction technologies into one compact reactor housing.
In addition Safety Power installs all of their catalyst and most of the instrumentation in the factory, greatly simplifying the installation.

Safety Power utilizes Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize our reactor designs making our systems capable of delivering the most stringent emissions regulations. In addition, we utilize advanced model based control ensuring industry leading response to load changes.
All of our injectors are also designed in house to improve urea mixing. The effectiveness of our designs is field proven through our extensive installed base.
Safety Power stands behind our products with an extensive support network. Safety Power works closely with your local engine dealer for level 1 support. In addition all of our new systems come with the ability for remote monitoring allowing quick and easy system monitoring and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
Our support line is staffed by our in house technicians to address issues quickly. If required, our technicians will make arrangements to quickly visit your site if the need arises.
